  • The scholarship described above represents the minimum awards; applicants may be considered for additional merit-based aid based on the strength of the application.

To Apply

  • Click here to access Clark University Graduate Admissions website and apply online.

Follow these steps during the application process to identify your City Year affiliation, access application fee waiver and be considered for the scholarship:

  • Step 1:  Request City Year service verification letter: Please email the City Year Alumni & Career Services Department at alumni@cityyear.org with "Clark University Graduate School of Management - City Year verification letter request” in the subject line and include the site where you served and dates of service in the email. This letter will be sent back to you and it should be uploaded to your application.
  •  Step 2: Identify your City Year affiliation on application and upload service verification letter: There is a question on the Application Information page that asks “Will you be receiving any outside (non-Clark) sources of assistance, including financial assistance from your employer?” City Year applicants should answer “Yes”. Then a “Please specify” drop down box appears and applicants can identify themselves as “City Year” applicants from the drop down menu.  Once the applicant submits their application, they will be prompted to pay their application fee in the Applicant Status Page. City Year applicants should NOT pay the application fee. Instead, upload your Description of Service under “Upload Materials”.
  • Step 3: Application fee waiver approved:  Upon receipt of your application with the service verification letter, the Admissions Office will communicate that your application fee has been waived.
  • Note: Be sure to highlight your City Year service experience as part of your essay.
