New Teachers Collaborative is a post-baccalaureate teacher licensure program in Massachusetts that provides a rich opportunity for aspiring teachers to learn to teach by teaching in small, progressive middle and high schools that foster deep understanding.

- Initial License in specific content area from Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Schools
- 15 credits from Fitchburg State University towards Masters degree.
- Partnership with an outstanding master teacher mentor
