WEBINAR: Teaching and Educational Leadership Opportunities ABOUND in Baton Rouge
Thanks to unprecedented collaboration between schools, community leaders, policy makers, and education organizations in Baton Rouge, monumental shifts in the education landscape are taking place. Nationally renowned schools are moving into town and seeking City Year alumni to serve as founding teachers and leaders in their Baton Rouge schoolhouses.
Programs launching for 2017-2018 include Collegiate Academies, where 98% of their graduates are accepted to attend college, as well as IDEA Public Schools, who consistently rank as one of the most rigorous and successful schools in the nation. Many schools that are currently operating (and seeing outstanding results from their scholars) are also hiring founding teams for their expanding grades.
Register here for City Year Baton Rouge's webinar on Thursday, March 30 at 7 PM EST to learn more about the opportunities available to City Year alumni looking to advance their careers. You can also fill out this interest form or send your resume to Grace Andrews, Director of Talent Solutions and Innovations for City Year Baton Rouge, who will contact you to discuss your interest.
