City Year info session for arts students
Arts students, join us to learn about your opportunity to serve with City Year!
City Year is an ideal first year after graduation, whether you’re motivated to promote equity, gain teaching experience or build your creative thinking skills and résumé. City Year AmeriCorps members serve as student success coaches who mentor and tutor students as part of a team. Meanwhile, you receive a living stipend ($890 biweekly), Segal Education Award (valued at $6,895), more than 200 hours of professional development, scholarships through our university partnerships (including for degrees in the arts) and several other benefits.
City Year is an inclusive community that values diversity and equity, and many people make lifelong friends here. Note that students may be able to defer their college acceptance while they gain experience, discernment and an Education Award with City Year. This session is specifically designed for arts students and will include time for Q&A. Register now to learn more!
